Walked in and placed an order. 35 minutes later I'm still waiting. Walk up to the counter and I'm asked can I help you!! Maybe if the staff would put down their cell phones for 2 seconds they would be able to tell that a customer didn't receive his order and received poor service. To make things worse my food was cold which is unacceptable. Won't be back anytime soon.
The food at Pat's is always good. My Gyro was delish, Steak sandwich was great too.

Great stop. Steaks..hoagie and a wide variety of choice. They have a drive-thru. Good stop. Good food.
The food was rushed out. Chicken parm was burnt on the outside and not cooked on the inside. They need to slow down and cook their food right. If they do it's worth the wait. But the cooks here of late are not so good.
