They charged my card .. didn't receive the order from their on line service.. I had to go to there.. no one could read my charge clearly on my phone.. said they were going to call the police.. I said please do.. you stole from me. No one had masks on .. blessing the food was never sent..nThe owner kept calling me honey... DISRESPECTFUL!

Good food... Bad customer service. They messed up my order and I called to have it fixed. First she had attitude and said well can't you just take the wrong toppings off? She hung up on me after telling me that she would send another pizza while I was in the middle of asking a question. She gave no instructions to send messed up pizza back. When the corrected pizza came, the driver said he needed the old pizza to give me the new pizza. I called back to ask what to do because we did not have the messed up pizza anymore. She began arguing with me on the phone and said that I should have known they would want the pizza back. Most places will not ask for the messed up food to be returned. The driver got frustrated and handed me the pizza and said he did not care. She continued to be very rude on the phone until she hung up on me mid conversation. We will absolutely not be ordering from them again. Good food is not worth being treated horribly by staff

Great customer service and the food is even better. I love their meat lovers pizza. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

I have ordered from them several times. Great food! Everything I have gotten has been great! Would have given them 5 stars but the one time they forgot my salad. I called and the girl was rude and tried to tell me she put it in there herself. I asked to speak to manager and he made it right. Honestly haven't dealt with her since hopefully they fired her.

I ordered a pizza for delivery earlier this week and it was good pizza. It also arrived pretty quickly. It doesn't hurt that I live close by. lol. Overall this time was a good experience. I'm temporarily without transportation and so after the good earlier this week I thought I'd try something different tonight. I called for delivery again and it didn't go so well this time. I ordered a 9.99$ cheesesteak and even though there's a 1.50$ delivery charge they refused my order because it was less than the 10.00$ minimum for delivery. I could have added a 1.00$ can of soda, but, if you're going to decline my order because before the added 1.50$ delivery charge, my order is 0.01$ short of the 10.00$ minimum, yes, that's 1 penny short, well, hmmm. Looks like Milano, Jimmy John's, Hot Spot, Jersey Mike's, Cafe, Pizza & Pasta, etc, (do I need to go on?) will earn my business. It's not like Prospero's has a monopoly on steak sandwiches and pizza. Sorry Prospero's. Your pizza was good and worth returning for but your customer service isn't. I'll take my business elsewhere.
