Just wanted to leave a quick 5-star review for Ian who works sales out front. Great guy, very informative, super nice and helpful. Helped me out the InBody today, and really just provided GREAT customer service, which nowadays many businesses have been lacking. Thanks again Ian!nnIf you're thinking about signing up at this gym, you definitely should. Ask to speak with Ian before you do.

Very nice gym. Way better than Planet Fitness. More equipment...better layout...friendly staff clean environment.

I would not recommend this gym at all. The customer service is horrible.nIve been seeing alot of people trying to cancel their gym membership And edge makes that very difficult.nnI moved away far from this location and all i wanted to do is cancel my membership.nI am currently living with a friend.nI am not on a lease and they cannot cancel my membership due to me not have documentation of where i live.nI provided mail im receiving here and also provided the day i moved in documents.nThe document I provided also provides my new address and they still will not allow me to cancel.nnThe gym is great to train but i do not recommend unless its long term your looking for.nIve always paid my bill on time and had the highest membership they offered.nI am disappointed with edge fitness and also upset that i have to write how bad the service is.

My one reason for one less star is that they only offer two ergometers (rowing machine). And now there is only one because of COVID since they had originally been placed next to each other. It’s not fair that there are almost 50+ treadmills and a plethora of other equipment, but only two rowing machines.nHowever, I give props to the fact that this gym is very well maintained from the locker room to the workout equipment. I really enjoy using the cardio theater room and large turf area.

Edge Fitnees staff memebers are most unprofessional and unhelpful gym I have ever associated with. Due to relocation I tried to cancel my service. I called the gym multiple times as well as send emails to the names provided, but no-one responded efficiently. When I called the gym they said they can't find notes. That happened multiple times. They shared an email that kept on bouncing, so I had to call again to get the correct information. It took multiple email exchanges and they finally accepted my cancellation and then back with a ridculous charge amount. They wanted me to pay for the time the gym was closed and they were not charging anyone. Why should I pay for time when the gym was closed and they did not charge anyone. Noone co-operated with me and now they sent my bill to collections. To be honest this is harrasment and fraud. I would never recommend this gym to anyone. Especially the staff that works there is the most unprofessional staff. I have worked in customer service and I know how that should be.
