I really wish there was another Wawa between me & work. Whenever I order a sandwich I say a prayer that it's correct when I get to work. I also just stood in line waiting to be rung up, get to cashier only for the man in line behind me the whole time to lean over like I wasn't there & ask for his gas receipt. And the cashier to also act as if I wasn't there. I should've just left my breakfast & walked out at that point.
The main reason for the one start is the woman running the drink station. Every time I get a drink she refused to even hold it out from behind the counter. She lazily holds it about two inches away from where she made it and barely makes a noise to let you know it's ready. Then she states at you with the most hateful look like you waiting for something you purchased is rude. Never going back.
Gas Price is reasonable and coffee is awesome...
I love Wawa. In general, they have great service. However, at this one, the made to order food consistently takes long. They never have enough people working behind the counter, and multiple times there have been other employees doing paperwork, taking out trash, etc rather than helping get the line down.
