I used Erica Wolfe for my initial home purchase and my refinance earlier this year. Both times I worked with her she was very professional and her staff members were just as great. Everyone was always prompt in getting back to me, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. One week update: No response from wolf & associates about the erroneous fee's or appology for craig's behavior.nnI have dealt with wolf and associates a few times, today when I called in to question some erroneous fees I spoke to Craig. I voiced my concern to Craig about document fees that weren't supposed to be charged and he proceeded to tell me that I was insulting him by asking questions and he asked me what I did for a living which was irrelevant, I dealt with both middletown and Rehoboth Beach offices and I was unnecessarily charged almost $1000 extra. I go to dozens of closings a year for the past 20 years and have never dealt with this level of arrogance from an attorney.
