Had a great experience here. Deborah was very nice, got a one of the best haircuts ever. I will be coming back regularly. Was taken on time, practiced safe and cleanliness measures, the rest of the staff was friendly too.
We had an appointment with the ‘Master’ but actually they scheduled us we whoever they wanted. The girl was ‘still in training’ said she tried to call however she could have sent an email. She also claimed she couldn’t see her schedule I said but a manager would have known she couldn’t do the process. They also didn’t have supplies again a manger would have know that and contact us via phone or email. Customer service is below par. Very disappointed. Second job for her or not the manager should have taken care of the situation and she should have made herself look a little better
