The experience of working in orange theory fitness is so awesome and I do enjoy doing my workouts here and I'm sure I'm gonna enjoy doing more workouts.

I am a repeat offender of signing up for a gym and then never walk in again after a month. Orange Theory is nothing like that. I look forward to going. Clear my mind for 60 minutes and focus solely on me for ME. You are instantly motivated, the coaches and staff are your biggest cheerleaders. The small class setting gives you a sense of community and you start to root for each other. I absolutely love Orange Theory and so thankful I gave it a chance. I have not been this fit in a long time. So THANK YOU!!
I always enjoy their workouts and the fact they show you what to do and it is up to you to push yourself to get a good workout. The staff is always nice too and helpful if I'm not doing an exercise correctly.
