Thank goodness for the insurance merry go round this time. At the end of this year we are dropping AETNA and saying goodby to their mandate that we use CVS. Consistently negative experiences throughout the year. They still can not get my HSA card to stay in their system for quick pay and nobody cares. Never call back when they promise. Every script takes at least 24 hours to fill if they even have the drug. If they do not have it you have to tell them to please find it at another store. Went two days w/o pain meds after a hip replacement. So done w/ CVS. This is what happens when a health insurance company owns its own drug store chain. They only care about the bottom line.

Everytime a prescription is called in it is 24 hours to get it filled. Show up to pick up after a phone call to check status and still have to wait for the prescription to be finished. Three times I have encountered this situation over the last month. If not for insurance requirement I would go back to Walgreen's.nTerrible service with a million excuses.
