Friendly staff, Great Rates.
They never answer the phone even at the extension they leave for you. Online website never works. charge an outrageous fee to pay your loan no matter how you pay it. Paid off my loan was told my title would congee in the mail in 6-7 weeks to later find out they held for a .63 balance that shouldn't have existed. They input everything incorrectly and customer service is terrible. Go elsewhere.
The staff in the Middletown Office are great to work with. Helped me set up an account. Very easy process and very friendly!
always friendly, they even remembered my name and just overall treat me like a friend not a customer. best bank I've every had, i always leave with a smile on my face.
