closed an account after move to another state. they refused to close the account unless I come in. worked with teller who said they would close the account now im being charged fees in excess of $100 as the account is NOT closed and no one is addressing, leaving messages on voicemail and no action to refund / remove and close my account. DO NOT USE FULTON BANK.

Refused to refund an unnecessary fee. The teller with the attitude problem pretended to be a manager then got smart with me saying if I feel the need to find another bank I can go.
