The storage facility was clean and well kept. They had a nice variety of sizes to offer. The owners were very proficient and knew what they have to offer. I would definitely rent from them again.
Excellent facility. Clean and well maintained. Also, management and staff very responsive and accommodating. Very pleased with my experience with Route 66.
Bad Business. I reserved a unit from out of state at a contracted rate, arrived from a 20 hour drive to pick up keys and was given a business card with my unit # and location with a new lowered rate. I filed the card away in my date book as well as wrote the new rate down. I lost the business card and was still being charged the contract rate. 4 months later I find it and call and Yes they admitted it was a mistake, there mistake but it is at a contracted rate so that is what they are going by. Legally in court yup I have no case, just BAD BUSINESS.
I moved from out of state closed down my storage and they send my deposit to my old address in California but not my PO Box in Arizona. Yes they have my PO Box and when closed down I confirmed and requested it to be mailed to my PO Box. I question Mildred the owner and she stated she had 30 days to get it to me. I closed it on the 5 of September today is Oct 18th. BAD BUSINESS!
The owners need to rectify thier office procedures as well as Business skills.
