I absolutely love this salon. I go to Marybeth and she always does exactly what I want but is also reallyngood at giving pointers on what will look best for my hair and for the texture of my hair if I ask for an opinion. My three year old daughter and mom also go to this salon and loves it. My mom has always had one hair dresser her whole life and needed a new one after hers moved out of town. She fell in love with Marybeth and won’t go to anyone else. The other hairdresser Karen is so sweet and welcoming and great with all the clients. Both Marybeth and Karen run a great salon. Highly recommend!!!

Went today and got a haircut and high!ights and left feeling great. I got the exact creamy blond highlights i wanted. The women there are so easy going and made me feel like I knew them for years. I will be back!

WORST HAIR COLORING EVER. Photo evidence included. I never post reviews but in this case I don't really have a choice. If I could give zero stars I would have. I decided to support a local business and it was a huge mistake. I'm going to include the same email I sent to them after my experience here because it was ignored when I sent it to them and when I called to follow up I was told they don't give refunds and if I didn't like my hair I should have told them before I left (for the second time) or come back a 3rd time to have it fixed. I had already returned to ask them to fix it because there were such obvious lines from the foils and they proceeded to bleach my hair 3 more times in one sitting that lasted 3 hours and was not what I asked for. All I asked then to do was smudge the roots so that it didn't look completely unnatural. The second visit made it 10 times worse and after being there several hours longer than I expected there was no way I was going to allow them to do anything else to my hair. My email to them is below.nnHello,nnMy name is Jordan and I visited your salon last week. I would like to request a refund for the $162 that I spent for highlights. I am not at all satisfied with my hair and it's going to cost me at least that much to try and fix it. Attached are the photos showing the results and the fact that my hair is now 7 different colors ranging from white blonde to dark orange to my natural brown roots. There are spotty and striped patterns mixed together and it does not look natural at all. I actually think it's much worse than before I came in to have it fixed on Friday. I am beyond disappointed that I have to return to a brunette color instead of blonde for my vacation but I have no choice.nnI'm also upset that no one was communicating with me throughout the process what was being done to my hair. It felt like it was being hidden from me every time another process was done and I wasn't able to see my hair until it was dry. It was my first time at What’s On Top and I had an excellent experience... almost felt like I had been going for years! Super personable staff, they make the whole experience a comfortable one, so much so that I was confident in getting a pixie cut ud83dude0a! My hair looks better than I even imagined, so I’m glad I booked my appointment ud83dude00.
