Amazing OTF location! I’ve been a member for 2 years and was very impressed by the cleanliness of this studio on my first workout there. The staff was super friendly and kind as well. Sarah was so nice!!!
I have been working out at OTF for 3 years. It’s an awesome workout that works your whole body in 1 hour. I see and feel a difference. It’s a win/win!
Great coaching staff! Positive, clear cues in class, like tbat they will work to fix your form. Definitely seeing my fitness improve.
Always able to get in and out, without waiting on machines. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
This location has the worst customer service than any other OT locations I've been to and I've been to many different OT locations.nnAmanda is the manager there and I think she needs to be removed from the job or get an extensive customer service training. Actually, not sure if training her will help, she's a bad apple and grossly incompetent. The rest of the staffs are just a reflection of her bad attitude.nnI rarely give a review but I think giving a feedback is important to the success of any business.nnOn a positive note, I do get a great workout and was seeing a great result before Covid-19.
