I love that I can burn a few hundred calories in 30 minutes, the workout changes everyday so it doesn't get boring, and enthusiastic trainers demonstrate each station so as a new member that makes me feel more confident that I'm doing it correctly. I joined about a month ago and I'm down about 15lbs so far!

My wife and I joined 9 Round for a few months and enjoyed our time working out there. The trainers were attentive and motivational. We lost a little weight and got in better shape. But we quit going due to work schedules. We have friend that are dedicated members and have seen their amazing results. We hope to go back one day.

The owner of this location and the one in Claymont is very unprofessional and deceitful. She does not respond to her emails and avoids people. I tried calling several times to get a hold of her to work out a schedule and she makes promises, but does not keep them. The manager was nice, but unfortunately, he cannot help without the owner's involvement.
