Rite Aid

It's been almost a year since I started working at the Graylyn Crest Concord Pet and over this past year I have become very close with the staff at RiteAid.nnEvery morning I stop in there before work to get my Dr. Pepper and to see Ms. Alice and the crew. There is nobody quite like them. Ms. Alice knows every regular customer by name and every time I walk through those doors she is there with a smile, saying good morning, and making my day.nnOver the past 2 months they had a donation drive for Children's Miracle Network and every single time she rang me up I donated...and trust me sometimes it was multiple times a day. I told her I was going broke because I couldn't say no to her. Lol.nnThis morning when I walked in she said she needed to speak with me and when I walked up to the counter she handed me a bag and said she and her manager Phil wanted to give me something to thank me for all the donations I made. She actually crocheted me a mermaid tail throw blanket!!!! I was totally overwhelmed that she took the time out to hand make me something and of course she made me cry!!!nnRiteAid is so lucky to have a Ms. Alice and to have the amazing staff they do...from their awesome manager Phil, to Ms. Pam, Aradhana, and all the girls that work there. You guys are amazing and I am grateful to know such amazing people!! Thank you for everything you do and for being my retail therapy during the Covid shutdown. You guys freaking rock!!!

The staff is go way and above to help me out every time I’m up in that store!!!nAnd the pharmacist is supper nice and will go over any medicine that I’ve never used before!!!!!!

I experienced the most uncomfortable and degrading shopping experience tonight with a very unprofessional security guy named Mr.Hollis. He was very rude and had a very nasty disposition. I've shopped at this particular location for years and never experienced any unprofessionalism until tonight I will never return.

A well stocked store with a friendly staff. Rick (pharmacist) is very knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate with customers.

Staff is very rude they kicked me out for the simple fact that the poor excuse of a father of my child was popping pills and stealing and when I got caught for his actions and gave it up cause I wanted no parts I got banned from the store for good. I have a child I need to get milk for her and toys wipes everything I get the dirtiest look from everyone they are completely rude especially the women with the tattoo on her neck and black hair. Now I have to wait in the car while my grandmothers slow self goes into the store and gets her medication which takes an hour or two for them to bring out and they’ve known me since I was 5 yet I still can’t go back in there for my daughter emergency night time can of milk ? Ridiculous.
