Thank you to Harvey’s! We were passing through form Virginia with the whole family and a dog when the dashboard lit up with all kinds of lights. Harvey’s got us in right away. The detailing shop next door fawned over our dog and offered to buy us a meal - their treat - while we waited.nnWe’re back on the road, and Harvey’s would not accept payment for their services!!nnThey are an incredibly thoughtful and considerate group. I can’t recommend them enough.
Unrealistic labor charges, billed for 0.3 hours and $30 to replace a license plate bulb, which takes 45 seconds to replace? Labor costs are inflated, then $40 for no-name wipers to replace the existing ones that were less than a year old?
I don’t have to worry about being mislead , they are fair, It’s nice not having apprehension when pulling your car in , or picking your car up . I’m happy to give them my business.
Always a great experience. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, happy to explain everything that's going on with your car. Reasonable prices and fast, excellent service. Could not ask for more.
