Honestly labor is a bit pricey, however the service was great. Wesley and Rob have awesome customer service skills. The work was completed Rob in a timely fashion.
Super nice and accommodating! I went there a couple weeks ago and had my 3 mo old with me but their air conditioner was broken during that hot August day. They were very apologetic and literally finished my oil change in 15 min tops so that I wasn’t waiting long in the heat with my baby. Also-their prices are always great, $57 even for a synthentic oil change
The guys absolutely saved my skin. My car's tires were at the end of their run and two of them finally went on a Saturday afternoon with me needing to be on the road Sunday morning. I called them and asked if they could swap all 4 tires that day and after checking to see they had the stock, told me to come up whenever I was able. Once I was there it didn't even take 45 minutes for them to get the new tires on and me on my way. I've recently moved to the area and I know that this is where my car is going for service. Be aware this isn't like other Pep Boys in the area, it's service only so they don't have the stock that the PB on. 202 has, but for getting your car serviced they're great!
First time here today. Roddy was very professional and super helpful from start to finish! Even made sure I got the best deal and I was able to use a coupon for my new battery and installation! Will be back in the future. No available appts for today but he told me to bring it in and leave it and he would make sure it got taken care of...it was done 2 hours later!
Straightforward and fast service. The salesman didn't push me for additional services. Highly recommend and would come back to Pep Boys!
