DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!nI called to possibly have this firm represent me in a mva case, they represented me when I was younger and did amazing. During the call everything seemed fine, so they tell me they are sending me a packet.. this packet contains basic information about them, their fees, etc. along with a paper I'd have to sign and return to them if I agreed and wanted their representation. Little did I know that while they were sending me that information, they were also sending the insurance company a letter stating they were already representing me.. without my knowledge or consent. The only reason I found out is because after I looked over that packet, I didn't agree with anything in it and really didn't want this firm representing me. So I call to tell them (the firm) that I'll be denying their representation and a few days later I call the insurance company to just check on things and they tell me they can't speak to me because I have an attorney... No, I don't. It's been weeks and the insurance company still hasn't received a letter stating that I'm definitely, in fact, NOT represented by this firm. Complete jokes and basically feels like a scammer trying to steal from you.
