I would like to begin and say that everyone that I've encountered at The Length Bar has been extremely professional.nnEach time that I've had an appointment scheduled, I have NEVER had to wait for my stylist to be ready. I have always been placed in a chair immediately.nnMy hair typically gets very oily after only a few days after getting it done professionally. I didn't know what to do. In the past, I always felt like getting a wash and press was a waste of money. After speaking with my stylist, we tried one of the product lines the salon sells called Love. This product works, it’s AMAZING and smells great too. I’ve even bought the shampoo and conditioner for my home use too.nnI say all of this to say, the salon delivers a great customer experience.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They don't push any services or products towards you. It was very clean and smell amazing for a salon. The prices for nautral products and no chemicals is a great deal.
Wonderful atmosphere, great stylist and the hair spa treatment is out of this world. I also love that all of their products are non toxic, will be back soon. Thank you!!
I made an appointment in person because i had a few questions and the receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable about the services. I received the hair spa and olaplex treatment for my natural, colored hair. Ri was my stylist and she was gentle with my tight curls, no pulling or tugging during detangling (this is important because I’m so tender headed). I recommend this salon and will definitely be returning.
