Called on a Wednesday was told she can do my hair that friday at 9am. She said call me tomorrow to confirm. When i called to confirm I was told she didnt know tomorrow was Friday. She can't do my hair. All these african salons are the same way. They have ZERO customer service skills and can't even schedule properly all it takes is a calendar book and a pen. She said call friday morning in case her appointment doesn't show. She couldn't even give an alternate appointment date.
The worst experience I had in a salon I went in to get feed in braids the lady couldn’t do it but insisted that she can after she got through to do my hair I looked at it the braids was not even the ends was coming out I call the same night and insisted that I needed my money back and I didn’t like my hair I first she didn’t want to give me my money back after going back and fourth for half an hour on the phone she called a and give my money back I don’t know how her shop is still open but she can’t do hair and make sure before you go there see pictures of her work because it’s not on her website.
Awesome well the woman that did my micros they came out so beautiful and she was very patient with me and made me very comfortable I had to give her a really nice tip the only real complaint is that it took a long time but all in all it was really worth it
I wish I had followed the reviews before I came here. To put it all in a nut shell, I am tinder headed and the owner is constantly pulling on the same braids she put in super tight, just tugging and pulling. I would tell her about it and she would give me all kinds of excuses. She was always dropping the damn combs in my face and never apologized. Then has the nerve to ask me to pick them up for her. She huffed and puffed the whole 4 hrs she was in my hair. And lastly on her card (that I took from her and came back days later with) said that you get $20 off if you bring the card back (which I did) and she would not honor it! Told me to come back next time & she would honor it....uh hell no!!!!
They are the worst...about 3 months ago I went there to get box braids n paid them $180 n my braids started coming out a week after they did it..n when I took the braids out I lost alot of hair ...so now my hair is shorter than it was before they touched it....I recommend that no one goes there....terrible experiance
