Very poor. No telephone number or anything on the website. Scheduled me for the class and finally when I get there the doors are locked and nobody to attend. They don’t even have a telephone number to call for directions or whatever. Seems like a Shady place.
Practicing at Sadhana has been powerful, enlightening and so much fun for me. If you practice, you have to check out this place! We all know it tends to be all about the instructor, and this place has the area’s best! If you’re a beginner, it’s an amazing studio to get acquainted with yoga. Highly recommend!!!
