This is a really great gym. Very affordable and it has a lot of equipment. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable . Recommended!!

This place is amazing. I always love working out here. Sure, it may need a lot of updating, but for $20 a month that includes two pools, a hot tub, sauna, and more? It's a no-brainer! For anyone who's looking for something quaint and small, this is the place to be. Very nice staff too!

Its sad that they are letting this place fall apart. They put all of their money into the pike creek location. The free weight section has holes in the roof and leaks. The Ac leaks so they eventually just stopped turning it on back there. Its constantly dirty and the locker rooms smell terrible. This place shows its age. Otherwise the prices are good and the amount of equipment is great. Weights are metal and all in working order. There is no one in the actual gym enforcing the rules. I see people working out with no shirts on or people with their music blasting out of their cell phones with no headphones. Wipe dispensers are constantly empty and bathrooms are not kept in order. Some water fountains put out warm water. Staff is friendly and hours are decent.
