My girlfriend brought me in here after we stopped into the over priced boutique “Trudy”. There are original pieces made from quality materials at this boutique (at a reasonable price!). Bella Noire is a hidden gem!! Aside from the mall, I have not found any hot spots or boutiques in Delaware worth driving to. The customer service was fantastic. I was immediately welcomed by the employees and owner. The outside caught my eye and the inside decor was stunning. They have all of the trending fashion items with new merchandise constantly flowing in. Bella Noire has something for everyone.
