Bought a set of 22” rims that the website showed were in stock, after they took the $550 out of my account, I got an email saying that the rims were discontinued. Which is fine, but it’s been a week and I haven’t received my refund. They told me it would take 2-3 banking days. Then a followed up and was told it would be up to 7 banking days. So quick to take my money but can’t provide me with a refund in a timely manor. Told me there were delays with the banks, after calling my bank they confirmed that was a lie. Poor way to run a business.
Same exact experience as everyone else who has left reviews here, ordered because it showed that the product was in stock, waited 2 weeks for an update that never came. Sent numerous emails and finally received a response that it would be another 2 weeks until I received the item. It has now been about a month and it still does not show that it has shipped. Worst customer service and experience I have ever had. Phone line does not work and does not return emails in a timely matter... Good luck surviving with these business practices....
I replaced my rear shocks with Bilstein shocks. Bought them from here. Delivery was quick and the quality of shocks are much better than OE. Thank You & Highily recommend.
I could not find a bike trailer because of COVID. Order one from Automotive Stuff and to my surprise they were able to find one in stock!
Ordered some weathertech mats and they were delivered today. Fit is good and ordering was easy.
