6/19/2019. They were hours late. Then he showed up and left without fixing my air bag. Then he took my air bag that I had for him to fix it with. And they were prepaid. He just took off. But I truly believe God will punish this red dot company far more worst than I could. The Bible tells you that you will reap what you sow more than you sow and later than you sow.. It was your company. The guy had braids in his hair. He know he stole my air bag. Stole the 425 because he did nothing to fix m truck. Drove off like a bat out of Hell. I highly recommend RedDot Wendell is very mechanically inclined and polite he does what he says he will do I have used him twice and will use him again if I'm in the area fixed my drive shaft got me going quickly much better then the big chains so do your self a favor and use red dot over the major truck stops you won't be disappointed

I prepaid. Guy showed up. I needed a use tire. Also needed a air bag replaced. Red Dot brung a new tire. He said it was paid for when I prepaid. Red Dot worked on air bag first. Long story short, They didn't fix air bag. Abruptly left, with my air bag that I bought. Not fixing nothing. And I do have Verizon records showing I called them, and they called my. (Chris and Maurice Lee) Don't use them!

I never used them. But i did have a trailer that blew a brake chamber on 476. Guy was nice on phone. But said he couldn't get there for 3 to 4hrs. So i got someone closer. Even tho we couldn't make it work. I would try them again.

As a trucking company we have worked with countless roadside service for emergencies and have never came across one like RedDot whom overcharge trucking companies quiet frequently based on the reviews I noticed after my driver was extremely over charged for having a fuel filter changed which by the way was not new at all...... What was the cost to do a 10 min job and the use of an old rusted filter?! $465!!! If this is how RedDot believes they will stay in business god bless them. I would definitely hope the next company/person whom is seeking roadside service read all the reviews as well as the arrogant replies to the reviews from the company. Unfortunately, I didn’t until after the fact had I read not only the reviews but how the company responded to the complaints I would have seek else where... Let’s be clear my 1 star is based on the ridiculous price the company charged my driver for a $30 fuel filter as well as the $250per hour labor cost per hour which was advised over the phone as $125 per hour but that changed once their truck showed and completed the 10 min job. RedDot from our company to yours god is watching and isn’t pleased with what you are doing it’s wrong but again if that’s how your company believe you’ll stay in business be aware GOD is not sleeping!!!!!
