Extremely slow service. Will never give you accurate eta on tow truck arrival. Had me waiting over 6 hours for the tow truck to arrive when they told me it'll be there in an hour.

HORRIBLE customer service. They scheduled a pick up day and time with me then never showed up. When I called the next day it took me all morning to get a hold of someone. I was then told they would call me back and let me know the status. 3 hours later still no call. I called again and was told they could not get a hold of their tow driver. Once again was told I would get a call back and didn't. My last phone call ended by me being hung up on.nnIf you're trying to get rid of your car and are in need of reliable money, I would recommend going elsewhere. Very unprofessional, unsympathetic and ride!
