Very relaxed spot. Me and my husband had a great time chatting with the live entertainment Bruce Anthony and other diners. The food and music was great. It was our first time at a Jazz cafe and it we will definitely return again.
I haven't been to Bellefonte Cafe in such a long time and I have to say it didn't disapoint! Seating on the outdoor patio was perfect. The Hummus platter was wonderfully fresh and the Cubano sandwich that mom had was delicious. Nice to have an opportunity to help support the local small business restaurant. Keep it in mind when you're looking for good, friendly service and wonderfully fresh food.
Outside seating is a requirement for my public dining experience while in this current 2020 pandemic. Bellfonte Cafe is a cozy little gem. Excellent menu with comforting food items with a variety of dietary allowances. Adult beverages available which in my opinion I key to a great brunch. Excellent overall.
What a lovely experience this was. I ate here a number of times pre-pandemic, and loved the food and environment. Post-pandemic, they have a great setup, and the dining experience is equally lovely. They have a large outdoor area behind their building where we not only enjoyed dining at a well-distanced table, but also enjoyed the landscaping, including the herbs and vegetables they obviously grow for the food they serve. Kudos to them for doing all of this right.
Nice atmosphere. Recommend adding domestic light beer to menu.
