Easy to access parking but a small lot which is often full on fair weather weekends. Somewhat well marked and maintained trails. Be sure to pay, the rangers are always checking!

Always worth a trip! Beautiful area with excellent trails.

A fabulous state park in Delaware and adjoining White Clay Creek Preserve in Pennsylvania. Has many variety of trails, from an old roadbed of an abandoned railroad, former roads, to dirt paths winding up and down the hills around The White Clay Creek and it's tributaries. The Historical Mason-Dixon Trail goes thru on the western side of the park, with an historical marker located in the middle on a side trail.nThe one downside is parking at the numerous parking areas in Delaware is limited, and costs $4 for residences and $8 for out if staters. If one plans on going to hike frequently, best to purchase a year long pass at the State Park Offices M-F 8am-4pmnEach State Park (White Clay, Brandywine Creek, Bellevue) has excellent paper maps of most of the trails.

Parking was fairly priced considering the amount of resources it requires to keep the park maintained although spot fill up quick! Only thing I might add is that the waste bin for dog droppings could be emptied more frequently.

Super family friendly, beautiful, and relaxing. I love being out in nature and this place can't be beat.
