UD is closing and students are left with one week to move out! Ugh!!! Jamia was very understanding and helpful in arranging the rental of a storage unit for my daughter. Shawn who runs the location was great as well. Thank you both for helping in this very difficult and uneasy time.nnFast forward six months....what they don’t tell you is that your rate is going to increase by almost 20%. When I called to explain that I am out of state and it would be impossible for me to fly back to clean out my daughter’s things, they did not care.nnMake sure you negotiate any rent increases on the front end or they will take advantage of you. They increased me after only 6 months.

Not good for long term storage. Increased payments after short time of moving in. Rented for my business and rent got increased after moving in. With covid19 pandemic going on and people slow on businesses and losing jobs, this storage company is busy increasing people's monthly payments. Very disappointed. Moved in now searching for a different storage to move my items to.
I rented from here for 6 months and they raised the rent over 25 percent with no warning. Since i was out of town i had no choice but to pay the exorbitant price raise. I wish i had never used this company.
