Liberty Yoga is an absolute gem! The studio is a warm and welcoming place. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful and fun. (And so are the other participants.) There is enough variety in the types of classes offered and in the instruction styles that everyone can find a class that is just right for them. It is an overall wonderful experience to practice there. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at Liberty!
Love, Love, Love this yoga studio!! The instructors are very knowledgeable and they are there for each and every client! They understand we are not all on the same level and always give alternative moves for clients. There are many classes to choose from, so you can pick what suits your needs!nIt has a warm and welcoming atmosphere!nI highly recommend this studio, you won’t be sorry!!

I am grateful to Liberty Yoga for helping me to stay fit as I age, especially since I only started yoga in my 70’s. Owners Christine and Erin are highly skilled and, along with their staff, are focused on assisting their students of all ages to strengthen their bodies while keeping a healthy mind and body as their overall goal. My wife and I looked for a great yoga studio. We researched all over Wilmington and Newark and when we found Liberty Yoga we knew we were “home.”nWe were new to the practice of yoga and the teachers were fabulous in teaching and being patience with our skill level.nWe have been with them for 6 months and have learned so much about our body; mind; and of course YOGA!nThank you to all the teachers: Stephanie; Emily; and John for all the love.....and thanks to Christine and Erin for sharing their practice with us!
