Great Muay Thai gym. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere for beginners.
Very friendly instructors. My daughter loves it! The instructors made her feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get into something like this.
I've been training with Kru Joe for about ten months now, and have never had more fun. The atmosphere in his gym is always positive, it's equal parts serious attention to training and having fun. Joe and his classes are great with both beginners and more advanced students, giving input that's based on the student's needs, wants, and abilities. His private sessions are AWESOME and very reasonably priced, as are his classes. I recommend Chok Dee Athletics to everyone, from folks who are just getting into fitness and want to get into great shape, up to experienced fighters who are looking for a coach who is genuinely passionate about his martial art.
Worked out with Joe for the first time today. He’s a welcoming and knowledgeable coach with an inspiring passion for Muay Thai! I would highly recommend checking out Chok Dee!
I have been coming here for about a year and a half. Kru Stripling is an awesome instructor and a cool guy too. This is a friendly environment with a family like atmosphere. There are people like myself who study the highly effective martial art of Muay Thai for fun and self-defense, as well as fighters. Also Muay Thai workouts will help you burn fat and improve your physical fitness as well. The classes are also reasonably priced as well and there are classes for both beginner and advanced students. Come and check out some classes, you won't regret it!
