Very nice facility. Sometimes busy but lots of equipment on three floors. A bit spread out. Lockers are abundant but locker rooms are far away.
I went here for state swimming and diving championships, the pool is amazing. They have plenty of space for guests and the atmosphere is great.
They have some powerlifting bars but it's like the powerlifting club's secret. Outside of that the other bars are a bit outdated. Staff are very friendly. They do a top hen challenge which motivates people to train hard and have some friendly competition would love to see actual competitions at the gym
Love this place and visit as often as I can. Top notch
It's the best gym I've been to!
