Moon Air gave us a courtesy call prior to the team arriving. Juntin and Tracey were both courteous and took precautions during this pandemic to ensure our safety. We also wore masks while they were in our home. The job took longer than expected; Justin took his time to explain our new system and new thermostat. I'm glad that things went smoothly and Moon Air could accommodate us for an early install. Thank you Justin and Tracey.
I was out of town and communicating remotely with Justin. He made sure all my questions were answered. He also walked through the set up process over the phone so that I can see and change settings on my new thermostat. The install team started early in the morning and worked until 7pm to get the job done in one day! They made the investment an easy decision from Anthony who quoted the job to Justin who delivered as promised.
Amazing service. Polite, considerate and professional job done by this team. We were so impressed. Left home as clean as when they arrived if not better and did wonderful work.
