The rewards are good except no one who works there knows how to ring them up correctly. It has been a horrible experience every time I tried to redeem my Rofo reward points. Just to get home to have my chicken order wrong anyway. Also having to pay money when I shouldn’t have because of the reward points. Very frustrating. Corporation needs to have a meeting with their employees explaining the reward points. I am about to give up. 3 times same fricking problems. Not worth the hassle.
I worked here and the manager is a liar. I told them I was leaving for a new job and she kept me in their system and told the company I did two no call no shows. Found this out while trying to reapply.
Great chicken, but some of their employees should not be behind the register as their customer service skills are horrible!! I love their pepsi prices and ice. Their rewards items are not bad, although they could offer more meal deals.
I grabbed a bowl after work paid for extra gravy and biscuit. Got home and this was all that was in the bag. Honestly who wants their bread in the bowl!?! And very little gravy so disapointed. Next time I go to Wawa.
