refused to let a paying customer, and a stockholder in the company use the bathroom. the lady said she doesn't want me to use it because she has to clean it every time somebody uses it.nnthank you for responding to my notification, but no thank you. I don't think I need to call the call center and stay on hold in order to discuss this issue with another employee who probably won't really care. I know how to handle these situations. I haven't been to a stockholder meeting in a while because I've had nothing to talk about other than the fact that this company has been losing stockholder money for quite a while now. I think I'll be going to the next one because now I do.nni think I might have stumbled onto part of the problem. there seems to be a disconnect with this business, its operating style, and the clientele we're supposed to be serving. you can't operate a business that is heavily focused on health care, and hygiene, if you won't let people use the restroom and wash their hands. after all we are in the midst of a pandemic. this is no time to get lazy, and not want to clean the bathrooms. our clientele need those even more now.nnwhatever comes out of this will come down from the top. regional management has had it's one opportunity to fix this issue. advising me to call the call center was not a good choice.

I love this store. The location is great, it's pretty much the only drug store in Newark easily accessible both by walking and by car, as the Walgreens is hard to park at and the others are hard to walk to. The pharmacist here was great too, I don't have insurance, and she got me a coupon that saved me substantially a subscription. Super knowledgeable and patient, not just with me but I could hear her resolving an issue on the phone before me and she was very conscientious. Also the store staff have always been super helpful every time I've been here, I've interacted with a number of different people here and they've always been really nice and helpful. My only suggestion is I wish this shopping plaza had more bike racks, there aren't many bike racks around and it's always awkward when I bike over, trying to find a place to lock the bike.

The pharmacist is so nice and helpful. The store needs an update as they dont have quite as much items as some other newly updated stores. Otherwise its a nice rite aid to use. No public restrooms, sadly.

The staff here really pay attention to the customers and help out as much as they can. The pharmacy here is also really great.

The pharmacy here is amazing; the staff is very attentive and goes above and beyond.
