When I moved to this area, after going to other Walgreens, this one is the gold standard. The Pharmacy is always efficient and ever so polite. The front desk workers are always so friendly and fun. I don’t dread going to get prescriptions like in the past.
Horrible customer service and unempathetic pharmacy staff. Only went here because the 24 hour Walgreens nearby temporarily closed. Because of my job it’s difficult to get to the pharmacy on time before the close. Because of this I planned to have my pickup ready at 1 with express pay an hour before I work. When I arrived I waited in a very short line consisting of 3 people including myself. Only to be told when it’s my turn that I cannot be helped because she has to close for lunch. Despite pleading with her that this is the only time I am able to pick up my meds that I NEED to SLEEP, because I suffer from insomnia, and that I already paid for them on express pay, she told me sorry I would have to come back later, which I told her wouldn’t be possible for me.nnHorrible customer service, you should never close for lunch until you’ve dealt with all the customers in front of you. Also ridiculous lack of empathy for customers.
Understaffed consistently. Slow pharmacy service. If it was staff properly would probably be a good store.

The cashier Katelyn was extremely rude. I will be calling into management about her behavior. Was nice as pie to the customers ahead of me.. got to me and was stone cold. No ‘Hi’ or anything grabbed my products and basically threw the bag at me with my receipt. Very poor customer service and I didn’t deserve that kind of treatment.
