Called to have a prescription transferred from another pharmacy. I was put on hold 3 times for a total call duration of about 15 minutes. Once I finally got to talk to the pharmacist, he was rude and awkward. He seemed to be upset that I was transferring a job to his pharmacy. After two hours, I called the automated phone service, which claimed that my script was ready for pickup. When I got there, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the employees working directly behind the glass would acknowledge me. The pharm tech told me that my script was not ready and offered no apology. I cancelled the order completely and had them re-shelf the medication.nnMy experiences throughout the years at Walgreens pharmacies have ranged from mediocre to horrible...this being one of the worst. Needless to say, I am now looking for a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy here is THE WORST. Extremely unprofessional and no urgency whatsoever in having prescriptions. I had a medicine recently and they e-mailed that it was not in stock. I called and they told me it would be in stock the next afternoon and they would call. That didn't happen to a few days later I called and expressed my dissatisfaction; not only did the guy on the phone clearly not care, he was just as useless as the girl I spoke to on the phone a few days before. He told me they were out of stock and would call to see if another pharmacy had it and would be in touch on Monday afternoon (I called on Saturday). I called the Walgreens in Suburban Plaza (THANK GOD FOR THEM) and they were able to have a partial prescription to me immediately and could not have been nicer about. It's Tuesday now and I have still not gotten a phone call back from Four Seasons about my prescription...

Needs more cowbell, (Meanwhile, a few months later) don't know why I leaft that. I'm sure it was funny and every laughed thoughs that were in arms length high fived me.nAnyway, this CVS are ran by the nicest people I ever ment. The manager is realltming nice and very helpful. The pharmacy department are quick, very nice, and may I add the most awesome in everyway. All in all the best part of my day.
