This store has a bigger holiday, and housewares section than other Family y stores in the area. Clean, friendly staff. Great place to buy shipping supplies
I've never had a bad experience in the store in fact the employees have been nothing but nice and respectful but the reason why I've given this store 3 stars is because they never pick up the phone. I've called other family Dollars and they pick up however this one just for some reason seems to ignore the phone. This has occurred every single time I've tried to call the store. No matter what they never pick up the phone. Maybe it's the store policy not to pick up the phone . . Overall I will continue to shop at this location. As I said earlier they have good customer service in person. They just don't pick up the phone
Site and sign says there open until 10pm, 9:30 and doors are locked.. piss poor businesses..
Met the manager at the register. Tall black guy. Thought he was an employee having a bad day because he ignored my presence at the checkout counter as i stood there waiting to be rung up.nThe rest of the staff are nice though.
Nice store. They didn't have what I went in there for but the nice employee called another nearby store to ask if they had it. They did & held it for me to I made it there. Very nice manager & cashier.
