The people out front are usually quite friendly and quick to ring customers up. The pharmacy is always SLOW and understaffed. I just spent 27 minutes at the drive through and there were only 2 cara in front of me!!!

I completely disgusted. This was actually the second Walgreens I stopped at just after 12:00PM and I was told my 2 prescriptions would not be ready until 2pm after their lunch break. I could understand if I came in like 15 mins before their break but not 1.5 hours. That's ridiculous

It’s unfortunate that I’m writing this, but the staff was so rude to me today. I had a girl cut in line in front of me and instead of telling her that it was my turn, the staff let her check out and I said out loud, “I was next in line.” They ignored me. I left my items on the counter and started walking out when another employee came to check me out and she didn’t even apologize for what happened to me when I told her. I will not be back to this location. And I came here weekly spending $40+ud83dudc4cud83cudffbnnMy old 5 star review that is now invalid due to the terrible service I recently received: This is one of the better Walgreens locations that I’ve been to. The staff today was very friendly and helpful. It’s always nice when you are greeted upon entering a store and asked if you need help while you’re shopping. I have had a handful of good experiences at this location. I appreciate good customer service as it is hard to find these days. I went in around 10am on 10/8/19 and the staff was wonderful. The store was clean and organized. I believe the staff today deserves special recognition and to be rewarded for their hard work. And if a customer is taking the time to write this review then that means something!

Ordered a photo book 7am to be ready by 930am. By 2PM the book still wasn't ready and no one there had any idea how to even print the pages. I was told I'd have to wait for another employee to arrive who knew how to work the machine.. complete waste of time and the employees there couldn't care less
