My groomsmen and I rented suits from Formal Affairs for my wedding. I was told I would get a phone call when my suit arrived. I called 4 days before my wedding asking where my suit was. They told me it had been there for almost a week, but never called me. I went to pick it up and both the pants and jacket were a size too big. I looked like a child in my father's suit. I was told that when they measured me I was between sizes. Probably because they measured my waist over top of bulky clothes. They had the option to round up or round down. They rounded up when they should have rounded down. They were able to get the correct size suit sent in. Only downside was that I had to go pick it up the night before my wedding, when I had PLENTY of other things I had to do. They offered to ship it but I didn't want to risk it. They were very nice on the phone, but you need to call them and follow up on delivery. I'm assuming they didn't call me because my groomsmen's suits weren't in yet, but they should have let me make the decision to take a solo trip to pick it up.nWhen they measure you, make sure to try SOMETHING on. Even if it's not the right color. Also, give a good tug to the soles of the rental shoes. Two of my three groomsmen had the sole of their shoe come off. One was while we were still at the store and one was at the end of the night after the wedding. Could have been VERY embarrassing if it happened at the wedding.

this place is great the people are very helpful if you need to buy a tuxedo this is the place to go you can get one for about $150 all up. they seem to really care about their jobs and care if you are a happy customer. I've been there twice now and I wish I would have gone sooner when I had a need for formal wear. At this price you can really afford to have your own tuxedo that fits you instead of having one only when you rent one. You get 15% off if you are a Freemason. If you like my review click like

Nice selection, clean rentals, easy fitting. It would be nice to offer after hours drop box. Sunday hours not convenient for out of state rental return.
