Horrible overpriced shipping/handling and customer service. When I called to offer feedback, I was hung up on. Paid $136 for shipping wheels/tires with smaller brackets and parts, and an axle and leaf springs.nnThe axle just had plastic wrap which was torn off. The hub was dinged and I will have to inspect bearings to see if cracked since it was obviously dropped. Why not just put it in a box or wrap bubble wrap around it vs. plastic wrap. See pictures.nnThe wheels/tires and other parts were just thrown together in a flimsy single wall corrugated box with zero padding inside and was splitting open. If the box was going any further it would have split open. Why not just use a double walled box with bubble wrap or paper inside for $136??nnAll they had to do was to say, we’re sorry, thanks for the feedback and we’ll upgrade the packaging, but the man on the phone obviously did not care and just said, it got there didn’t it, and then hung up.nnCheck your options before dealing with this outfit, and especially if you care about dings and scratches on your wheels and hubs. Also, check the handling costs.

Eastern Marine had all the parts I needed to replace the box axle on my trailer -- new axle, hubs, springs, bolt kits, and one new tire and rim. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and it might be hard to beat their prices. Well worth an hour and a half ride to get everything I needed in one place to do the job right.

Everything you could ever need for your trailer at a great price. Double bonus when it is 10 minutes from your house. Just put on your mask and you are good to go in.
