Timely, friendly, and professional! Dave Ferguson helped me along the way and kept me updated on my service and was honest with what my car needed done. Wonderful service, my car was ready on time, and overall a great experience! I will be going back soon to get my tires put on. They have equal if not better prices for replacing tires than other shops in the area. Great friendly staff and great customer service- which is worth its weight in gold today.
The service center was not that great but for the past year I have been going to Dave Ferguson and he is the best when it comes to servicing your car. He has helped a lot when compared to previous sales people highly recommended if you need your car services go to Dave.
Very likable staff. Expect to pay the kind of prices you pay at a dealer for parts and things of that nature which are generally much higher than what you'll find on line. Over all pretty nice environment. Have not had any work done there so can't comment on quality of labor
Dave Ferguson described what would be done for the free 2 year service: oil and filter change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. The car came through with everything in fine shape and was picked up when promised. A very easy and pleasant service.
They were very helpful,not pushy at all.
