My 2015 4Runner had the problem about check engine light and Trac off light both turned ON problem. After go to Toyota Parts 3 times, I am almost give up and consider never buy a Toyota again.nnHowever, Charles Albright, the assistant service manager, had helped me go through all the possible problems and explain their finding in detail every time. And finally get my car fixed.nnBecause of Charles, I believe that I will consider Toyota for my new car shopping next year. Thank you Charles.
