I went to Martin Collision to have my car repaired after my car was hit in an accident. They were able to schedule the repair quickly and my car was repaired to look brand new! Robert S. went above and beyond as far as customer service goes! He was a pleasure to work with and takes care of his clients. I was very happy with the whole experience.
They are real professional about the jobs they do. Knowledgeable and caring. You can still wait inside if the weather is bad.
Friendly place. Good waiting area. I went for an oil change to Martin Kia for my leases vehicle. Came out as promised with in 1 hour 15 minutes. No unexpected charges
Martin collision center is great! I've had to use them several times unfortunately, and they have always done great work. Ed Edge is the guy I deal with and he has always been professional, courteous, helpful and just an all around great guy to deal with over the years.nPlease do not confuse this review for Martin's service center, totally different .
Like I expect is the case for most people, I don't have a lot of experience with body shops. I did however have a couple problems. They repaired a bumper after I got hit from behind at a light. A couple of months after the repair, I started getting rust where the bumper and body join up. I'm pretty sure this is due to damaging the paint when removing the bumper. Additionally, the repaired bumper developed a crack at about 4-5 months after the repair. If I need another repair like this, I will likely try another shop.
