Sitting in their parking lot after service to write this review. That's how good they are. I have a weird car w/a weird battery & they were able to replace it in 24 hours. I dealt with them by phone, text, & email and got almost instant responses. Kudos to Jay for outstanding customer service.nHave *always* used them for tires (they're weird, too). So happy to be able to have them deal with my battery & other issues, too. Cannot say enough good things about them. Why go anywhere else? They're right here by Carpenter Center.
I went there many times for tire replacement and changing car oil. Frankly, the price is fair and I was always happy with their service.nHowever, last time I was charged double, about $40 just for labor of changing oil!nThey explained it took longer than usual! I wish I was told beforehand that there might be extra charge.
Amazing service.nI went in asking for seven things to be done and after looking everything over they said you only need three of those done come back later for the remaining four and gave me a solid schedule for when it should be done and in what order.nSmall town trust!
Good locals that serve I 95 too. Price is not primary, but the service is good. Good Covid compliance too.
