Randy was great! He really listened to what we were looking for and found the car with the options that we wanted from another dealer. He was polite, pleasant, friendly, took his time, and without any pressure helped us finalize a decision. Although, when we drove it home it had an alert pop up. When I contacted Randy about it, he told us to return right away and was able to have the service department take care of it immediately. Frank in the finance area was also pleasant. We typically buy our vehicles at another Chevy dealer. Our salesperson retired. We are thankful that we had Randy who provided us with excellent service. I hope this continues for any issues that may arise.(fingers . crossed we don't have any problems to test that out ) .

Our salesman Jim was incredibly professional and helpful. He showed us all of the bells and whistles and well as basic components of our vehicle. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a car salesman

Great experience with Randy Day and Frank Smith! Did most of the pre-work while out of town. However they made it work so that my sisters and I could surprise my mom for her birthday. Thanks! Randy was recommended to us by a close friend who purchased two vehicles from him. Will certainly recommend Porter to others!

Excellent customer service. I will not take my Colorado anywhere else for service. I scheduled my preventive maintenance, oil change, tire rotation. I was planning on dropping off but I was told to have a seat in waiting area and it will be done shortly. They also looked out for me by checking what offers I had available and it turned out that I had free oil change from GM cause I purchased my truck as preowned. Thank you so much Porter Chevrolet.
