Just picked up my 2015 Nissan Versa! I received excellent service from Mary and after a bad experience at another auto repair shop I got my issue fixed. My car drives like new! Thank you Mary!
Service department does not answer the phone. There’s no longer an express service station for oil changes. My last oil change left me waiting for over 2 hours.
Replaced power steering pressure hose last year and its already leaking 13 months later. Not under warranty since its past 12 months.
BUYERS BEWAREnOil change on my 2015 Nissan 370Z. There used to be a window overlooking the service garage so you could ensure your vehicle was being serviced properly. The management covered up the window. Excuse i was given was some people complained about noise. I call bs on that. They don't want you to see what's really going on. Then after my service. I was told i needed front brakes and rear tires. I told the service writer the car has only 12k miles on it. Then he said. Oh wait a minute this might be a mistake. Turns out i didn't need the items he first stated. I guess trying to replace good parts and make money. But how would i know. I couldn't see my car being worked on. Shoppers Beware of Porter Nissan.
A manager named Dennis Dant took charge of investigating the noise that was occurring from my car. He not only found the problem and fixed in under warranty, he replaced a tire for me that was damaged. My overall experience with the check-in staffs, manager and technician was all above expectations. Thank you Porter Nissan Service crews!
