Our son had just graduated from college and needed a new car. Since we live hundreds of miles away we were not able to help guide him on his first ever new car shopping adventure. My husband offered to begin the arduous search for the best deal on the car my son wanted. Over the course of a week and a half, we received a MULTITUDE of 1/2 written, bogus quotes for cars the dealerships didn't even have...We were hounded by email and phone for weeks yet there wasn't a clear quote or guarantee made to price out or acquire the car we were looking for. The communications were over bearing, evasive, rude and just brutal...With exception to one...this quote was simple, comprehensive and included detailed pricing, yet it was not accompanied by any bullying phone calls or emails. So WE reached out to Eric...AMAZING unparalleled client care, he listened, was patient, understanding and again, AMAZING... he was always responsive, answered every one of our questions and researched the out of state questions neither of us knew the answers to....he provided everything we needed to guide our son in the best possible direction.nEric searched several states to find the exact car my son wanted and truly went outside the proverbial circle to do whatever he could to make this deal seamless. He connected us with Kim who walked us through the various financial items and extended warranty programs my son could consider ahead of time. Mike reached out to us to ensure we were all set and ready for our upcoming appointment.nOnce we got to the store, we were greeted by Mike who ensured we were comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. We sat with Vernon who gathered and organized all the paperwork and who later sat with our son to walk him through every point of the car. Kim was kind, informative and explained the various points of the loan documents to my son.nMy husband and I have purchased several vehicles over the course of our lives, and yet not one dealership has even come close to Martin Honda. This is not your typical car store filled with sales people looking to make their monthly quotas...this is a family....who wants you, the customer to be happy and comfortable with your purchase at every level.nTHANK YOU so much for helping us to educate our son with his first large purchase and most especially show him that you can purchase a car on your terms, with professionals who practice good business and treat you with respect, integrity and kindness.

Recently I was at Martin Honda to aid my elderly parents with a new car. Mark Tribuani did an AMAZING job in walking them through the process. They were so happy with his professionalism and all around knowledge! I highly recommend Mark because he also sold me my Honda (which I LOVE). He gave me great service, explained everything, and generally took an enormous amount of time to make sure I was happy. I could not say enough about him (and my parents as well-who do not know how to do a google review). Thanks, Mark and Martin Honda for having the best employee and service!!!

Unlike any Lexus dealer I have been to Martin Honda has great customer service. Go to Martin in Newark and ask for Eddie. He gave me the best buying a car experience I have ever had. For the first time in my life I was comfortable and happy with what I purchased. He is intelligent and educated. I told him what I wanted and he made it work. It was something magical to be honest. Like a dream come true. Thank you Eddie.

I had been taking my 2 Hondas to Martin for years and during 2020 they managed to lose me as a customer due to their poor communication, inadequate diagnostic capabilities and sheer inconvenience caused from having to take my Civic in several times within a span of a couple months for the same problem (which was never effectively solved). My other Honda is no longer in service as this dealership failed to let me know of a pervasive rust issue on the fuel and brake lines which made fixing the car economically unfeasible (it was a 1998 Accord and Martin assessed potential repairs at $3 grand or so- mind you they hadn't said a peep about these problems all the years I had been taking the vehicle in so this was a shock). I will never give Martin any of my business (service or sales ever again). Oh - I forgot to mention the service manager failed to call me back about promising to look into my concern with the 1998 Accord. POOR SERVICE

I was car shopping with my daughter for her first car the other night. After multiple dealerships that wanted to sell us less for more we stopped at Martin Honda, where we meet their salesman Mark Tribuani. He was professional and got right to work. In the end he came up with an amazing deal that was so good we could not refuse. HIGHLY recommend!
