I waited to pick up my husband when he dropped off his car at 830 am. Within 5 mins, an employee started to yelled at me for parking in his spot. It was all full in the service department and empty in employee lot. I explained to him, I was just waiting and would leave as soon as he checked in. The guy didn't stop talking down on me until my husband showed up. What an experience! called the dealer and no return of call

Service center is amazing. Not too impressed with sales. Got an email about trading up but the salesman couldn't match what the email stated

Routine maintenance but extraordinary service.nI took my 2019 Kia Sorento in for routine oil and tire rotation. In and out in about an hour. Service desk (Chris) was awesome. Price was reasonable. Couldn't ask for more. Will be back for the next service.
