I’ve taken my Jeep SRT here for service quite a few times in the past year. Sometimes for major issues, sometimes for small issues... either way, every time I do the service is always 5 stars! The girls & guys at the counter are always cheerful and ready to help! Also, HUGE shoutout to John and Isaiah (& all of the techs) for taking great care of me and the Jeep! The people here are the reason I pass 3 Jeep dealerships closer to my house!! Thanks Newark Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!!
I brought my Jeep here for a new thermostat and an oil change. Both times excellent, professional service from John and the team. I was very impressed with the follow up from the service team to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this service team. Thank you.

This has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They want to rush you and the service department is the worst. They don't wan to help you with any of your issues. They argue with you and tell you that you are wrong every time. I have gave them many chances over the years and every time it gets worse. My car wouldn't run and they blamed it on the oil, which it wasn't. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed since they refused to look over the car thoroughly.
Everyone at Newark CJDR was incredibly helpful in making sure we got the exact truck we were looking for. We live an hour away, and between that and the covid restrictions, we got nearly everything done remotely. Everyone we spoke with was extremely professional, polite, and worked to make the process easier for us.
